Sales Assistant/ Administration– Part Time- Moorabbin

About the role
Pharmasales has a fantastic, newly created position available for a Sales & Administration Assistant located in our Head Office in Moorabbin. This role is an important position within the team and offers plenty of variety and scope for the right individual to shine and grow within the organisation taking on sales and administration challenges in a rapidly expanding business.

We need someone who is happy to juggle administration and sales duties to become an integral part of the business and a real team player. You will have strong judgement, excellent communication, display initiative, be courageous and passionate, active and industrious.

Part time position 20 - 30 hours per week, which would see the successful candidate based at our Moorabbin Head Office. 

Duties to include:

  • Provide Sales & Service administration support to the business including the Sales Team and Sales Director.

  • Prepare and complete relevant sales and administrative documentation needed on a regular basis in Powerpoint, Excel and our internal sales platform, Inzant.

  • Manage, coordinate and sampling programmes and processes.

  • Customer orders and queries

  • Assist the Sales Team with lead programmes

  • Price Lists and data entry

  • Provide support in sales reporting, accounts and business development.

  • Assist in customer queries on sales and support.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Organised with a "can do" attitude.

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to hit the ground running.

  • Advanced EXCEL and POWERPOINT experience essential.

  • Strong compeer skills

  • Ability to communicate confidentially with all stakeholders.

  • Undergraduate studies in Sales, Marketing or Administration would be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and charts is required.

  • Candidates must have Australian work rights.
