About the role

Love Dental is seeking a dedicated responsible Dental Assistant to join our friendly team in our practice located in Brighton, VIC. This part-time role ,3-4 days per week, is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care within the dental industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the dentist during patient examinations and procedures

• Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments and equipment

• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients

• Reception and administrative duties including appointments invoicing and referrals

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Dental Assistant with Cert III in Dental Assisting

• Consideration will be given to a Dental assistant trainee preparing for completion of a one Year TAFE course and currently working within the dental industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English to effectively interact with patients

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using Dental software.

• A caring, empathetic and patient-focused approach to patient care

• Commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry changes
