About this role

A part-time opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual to join our Greensborough Day Surgery team as a Receptionist for 24 hours per week. 

As first point of contact for our patients, we are seeking an individual with a genuinely warm, attentive and bright personality; nothing will phase you. This role will be a mix of front reception, meet and greet, and admission tasks with the opportunity to grow with our team.

The successful applicant will have the following knowledge and experience:

  • A vibrant and professional attitude focused on exceptional patient care and continuous improvement in both self and the workplace.

  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong computer skills 

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Full training will be provided
