Our Opportunity

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Caroline Springs centre for Dental Assistants seeking permanent part-time employment.

Our modern dental practice includes 4 chairs and delivers a wide range of dental treatments. You'll work alongside a team that prides itself on strong values, collaboration and genuinely caring for every patient.

• Monday, Thursday, Friday and weekend availability is essential (weekend penalty rates apply!)
• Convenient Caroline Springs Square location with parking and great amenities nearby
• Supportive Centre Leader and growing patient base

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You'll also bring:

• Proven experience in chair‑side, sterilisation and/or dental/ medical reception.
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
