We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children in small-group prep readiness programsand individual sessions, making a real difference in their developmental journey.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, evidence-informed occupational therapy sessions for children aged 3–8 years.

• Lead small-group prep readiness programs, focusing on emotional regulation, executive functioning, and motor skills, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Conduct individual OT sessions, including assessment, goal-setting, and intervention planning tailored to each child.

• Support families through education, resources, and practical strategies to reinforce skills at home.

• Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, and speech therapists to ensure a holistic approach.

• Participate in team planning, reporting, and case discussions to continually improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with registration with AHPRA.

• Passion for working with neurodivergent children in both individual and group settings.

• Experience with prep readiness, sensory-motor integration, or neurodevelopmental approaches is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

• Creative, flexible, and playful approach to therapy.
