We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children in small-group prep readiness programsand individual sessions, making a real difference in their developmental journey.
What You’ll DoDeliver engaging, evidence-informed occupational therapy sessions for children aged 3–8 years.
Lead small-group prep readiness programs, focusing on emotional regulation, executive functioning, and motor skills, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Conduct individual OT sessions, including assessment, goal-setting, and intervention planning tailored to each child.
Support families through education, resources, and practical strategies to reinforce skills at home.
Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, and speech therapists to ensure a holistic approach.
Participate in team planning, reporting, and case discussions to continually improve outcomes.
Qualified Occupational Therapist with registration with AHPRA.
Passion for working with neurodivergent children in both individual and group settings.
Experience with prep readiness, sensory-motor integration, or neurodevelopmental approaches is highly desirable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Creative, flexible, and playful approach to therapy.
Part-time role: 4 days per week in a vibrant, supportive environment.
