What your week Looks like: 
  • Deliver evidence-based OT services including functional assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications, and sensory assessments 
  • Work with NDIS participants to build independence and reach meaningful goals 
  • Manage your own caseload with autonomy and flexibility around scheduling 
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through regular case discussions and clinical supervision 
  • Work across the Northcote clinic, client homes, and community settings – supported every step of the way

What You’ll Bring: 
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration 
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a valid driver’s licence 
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience in functional assessments, equipment prescription, or home modifications (preferred) 
  • A collaborative, client-focused approach with a passion for helping people reach their potential 
  • Open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates ready to learn and grow
