We are a general dental clinic that offers a range of treatment to our patients including cosmetic and orthodontic treatment. We are a 3 chair practice comprising of a team of 3 dentists and an Oral Health Therapist. Our aim is to ensure that our patient's feel welcomed and comfortable while attending for their treatment. You will feel at home in our lovely modern clinic and a part of our strong team environment.

About the role

We are currently seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our friendly team in a part-time role. This position is ideal for someone with outstanding communication skills and a keen focus on infection control and strive to ensure our patients have a positive experience. If you take pride in providing excellent patient care and possess a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you. This role would suit someone wanting to be chairside while also doing aspects of reception.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum one year minimum Dental experience

• Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting, preferred but not essential

• An enthusiastic team player that shows initiative

• A clear understanding of infection control procedures

• Experience in sterilisation process and maintenance

• A commitment to delivering patient-focused care

• Effective communication and inter-personal skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Greeting patients

• Chairside assisting including surgical procedures, Implants, Cosmetic Injectables and Clear Aligners

• Sterilisation of instruments with general cleaning duties

• Assisting with reception and administrative tasks, as required
