PLP Occupational Therapy is a growing paediatric practice based in Sandringham, supporting children and families across Bayside. We have a second location in Mornington and provide support across the Mornington Peninsula. We work across clinic, school, kindergarten, and community settings, partnering with families, educators, and support networks to deliver therapy that fits naturally into children's everyday lives.
Our practice is grounded in evidence-based, neuroaffirming care. We value meaningful connection, creativity, and high-quality clinical work — and we're building a team that shares those values.
About the RoleWe're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join us full-time or part-time, based at our Sandringham clinic with sessions extending across our Bayside and Mornington Peninsula service areas.
In this role, you'll be:
Delivering therapy to children aged 2–18 and their families
Working across funding models, including NDIS and Medicare
Running sessions in clinic, schools, and kindergartens — all located close to our clinics, so travel stays minimal
Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and collaborating with families to develop meaningful goals and therapy plans
Administering formal assessments including the DASH-2, MABC-3, and Sensory Profile
Completing report writing and clinical documentation
Facilitating group programs
We actively support our therapists to develop their clinical interests and invest in their ongoing growth.
About YouWe welcome applications from Occupational Therapists at any career stage, from early career through to experienced clinicians.
You'll thrive at PLP if you:

Hold a strong commitment to neuroaffirming, evidence-based practice
Communicate clearly and warmly across written, verbal, and interpersonal contexts
Manage your time and caseload with confidence and care

A healthy professional development budget
Individual supervision tailored to your experience, with access to additional group supervision
Dedicated administration support
A collaborative, values-driven culture where your contribution genuinely shapes the practice as we grow
