About Role: 

Under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse, the Assistant in Nursing - Patient Support provides safe and effective services and patient care at a consistently high standard as demonstrated by positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities are carried out within the limitations of the assistant's educational and qualification standards, hospital policies, and guidelines.

About You: 

To thrive in this role, you should embody a positive and effective team spirit, showcasing excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

You should also possess: 

• A Certificate III in Health Service Assistance or equivalent.
• Availability for a flexible roster covering all 7 days of the week 
• Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently following directions.
• Understanding of infection control principles.
