At Emeritus, every role plays a critical part in trial success, and every team member is valued for their expertise, ideas and solution‑focused mindset.

About the role:

As a Clinical Trial Investigator, you’ll work in an outpatient research setting, delivering safe, high-quality care while contributing to the success of clinical trials. • Explain clinical trials and obtain informed consent from participants

  • Monitor participant safety and response to treatment

  • Review and interpret pathology and clinical results.

  • Ensure trials are delivered in line with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and sponsors to deliver successful trials

  • Contribute to participant recruitment and continuous improvement initiatives

Benefits of the role:

  • Prior Clinical Trials experience is not necessary - full training and support will be provided

  • Potential career progression to Principal Investigator

  • An extra paid day off each month

  • The responsibility of providing medical care is not dependent on you, but is shared with external community services and among our internal multi-disciplinary team

What sort of person will be a great fit for this role and our team? Someone who:

  • Has a strong interest in best practice clinical care

  • Possesses strong interpersonal & communication skills

  • Work through to early evenings and on Saturdays

  • Has meticulous attention to detail and can multi-task

  • Is adaptable to new systems and processes in areas such as computing and documentation
