What’s on offerAre you a registered nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for community/aged care? We’re seeking a proven Clinical Team Leader to help build a team and guide our clinical employees across Melbourne. This is a dynamic, full‑time role focused on mentoring, risk management, and clinical oversight, without hands‑on care delivery.
The key will be to provide clinical advice and guidance to internal stakeholders across our Operations teams. You will work remotely, with occasional travel to our Notting Hill office to support onboarding, training, and team development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, is proactive, and brings a clinical lens to strategic decision‑making.
This is a full‑time, Monday to Friday, permanent role with work from home options available. You must also be willing to travel around Melbourne metro area when required.
