TEMPL is looking for an ambitious, self motivated and experienced skin and body therapist to join the team. 

The Brighton-based luxury boutique is fitted with Medical Grade, TGA & FDA-approved technology. The systems used in our treatments are industry leading, ensuring that our clients are being treated with only the best.

As part of the role you will be provided extensive ongoing training in the operation of our medical grade equipment in a supportive and empowering environment. 

We are devoted to delivering comfort, relaxation, and tangible results, ensuring that clients feel fulfilled and rejuvenated in their newly polished body.

THE ROLE:

• Part time position THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAYS

• Perform advanced body shaping treatments using medical grade equipment.

• Perform consultations, work with clients to find out their body and skin goals and create a tailored plan. 

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance to ensure a pristine clinic environment.

• Exceed KPIs for product sales and client rebooking, supporting clinic revenue growth

• Offer knowledgeable guidance on pre- and post-care, product recommendations, and treatment options.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, engaging with them face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

About you:

• Sales & results driven 

• Diploma in beauty therapy, dermal science, nutrition or health science highly favourable

• Previous experience working with BTL or body shaping technology highly favourable

• Impeccable presentation, customer service and communication skills

• Must be a committed and passionate about a career in medi-aesthetics and beauty

• Ability to build customer rapport
