Anderson Health Chiropractic is seeking a motivated Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to support the daily operations of our boutique Chiropractic clinics located in Doncaster and Croydon.

This is a varied support role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving systems and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating the front desk, supporting the team and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly day-to-day whilst providing excellent customer service to patients.

Beyond treatment, we focus on empowering patients with long-term health strategies, including posture education, exercise and preventative care.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and patient flow

  • Provide high-level reception and administrative support

  • Coordinate referrals, third-party payments and X-ray processing

  • Maintain clinic systems and workflows

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports

  • Support practice performance and provide operational feedback

  • Clearly communicate practitioner recommended care plans and financial arrangements

  • Liaise with suppliers, IT support and allied health professionals

  • Assist with in-clinic marketing initiatives and external promotional events

  • Ensure workplace health & safety compliance

About You

You are someone who naturally takes initiative and leads by example.

You will bring:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist (healthcare preferred)

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Confidence in communication and building rapport with patients

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • A pro-active, can-do attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

  • Comfortable in communicating practitioner recommended care plans and financial arrangements

Highly regarded:

  • Experience discussing treatment recommendations or service options with clients is highly regarded

Working Hours

You must be available for:

  • Monday & Tuesday: 2:30pm–7:30pm

  • Fridays: 7:30am–12:30pm & 2:30pm–7:30pm

  • Flexibility across morning and evening shifts and some weekend work occasionally
