We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of our Homewood residence. In this fast-paced role, you’ll keep our reception running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to residents, families, visitors, and staff.

About the Role

As the hub of the home, you’ll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while creating a warm and professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a busy reception and switchboard
• Welcoming residents, families, and visitors
• Coordinating deliveries and general administration
• Supporting rostering and minimising vacant shifts
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff education
• Handling payroll administration tasks
• Providing administrative support to the General Manager
• Maintaining efficient front and back-of-house processes
• Delivering outstanding customer service across all touchpoints

About You

You’re a friendly and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact. With a calm and positive approach, you can juggle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to everyone you meet.

You’ll bring:

• Strong administration and computer skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask
• A customer-focused mindset with a warm, professional approach
• Experience in aged care or healthcare (desirable)

Compliance Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 3 doses)
• 2026 Influenza vaccination
• A current NDIS Check (including Police Clearance)
• Full working rights in Australia
