Accent Home Care is a division of Tabulam and Templer Homes for the Aged (TTHA) who have been supporting older people for over 50 years.

 Accent Home Care has a range of services that extend to Support at Home, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and private services.

Working with us as a Clinical Home Care Nurse you will have the opportunity to:

• Be part of a dynamic nursing team that focuses on preventive care and reducing hospital admissions

• Work with a team of care advisors, nurses and allied health professionals to achieve consumer goals

• Assess consumer clinical health care needs to enable them to remain living in their own home

• Provide consultation with clinical issues for consumers in the receipt of a Home Care Services

• Build your knowledge & skills in chronic disease management

• Be a part of a nurse team interested in interdisciplinary care.

You will be successful in the role if you have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse

• Ongoing training in clinical nursing and best practice in community home care

• Demonstrated proven clinical competency in community care with 2 years’ experience

• Clear clinical thinking and ability to accurately deliver quality care.

A littler more about the role:

• The office is located in Bayswater with the primary hours between Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.06pm

• $15,900 salary packaging per FBT year to significantly reduce your taxable income
