Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed NDIS caseload (paediatric and/or adult, depending on your interests)
  • Deliver assessments, intervention, and progress reporting in line with NDIS requirements
  • Work across clinic and community environments (home, school, workplace, etc.)
  • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals
  • Contribute to goal setting and meaningful outcomes for participants
What We Offer
  • Flexible employment options: Salaried or Subcontractor arrangement available
  • $1,000 annual Professional Development allowance
  • Strong internal support and supervision structure (including mentoring for early career clinicians)
  • A collaborative, team-based culture with regular case discussions
  • Clear pathways for career progression within the company (senior roles, specialisation, leadership opportunities)
  • Administrative support to help you focus on clinical work
  • A balanced clinic/community split to keep your work varied and engaging
About You

  • Experience working with NDIS participants (or strong interest in this area)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
