We're currently looking for passionate, qualified Educators to join our team, with the availability to work 9-hour shifts.
Flexibility and availability between 6:30am and 6:30pm is essential.

Service Location: Bentleigh, Rowville, Dandenong, Berwick, Clyde North, Narre Warren

What does a day with us look like?

  • Answering 30 questions a minute from curious toddlers and pre-schoolers

  • Singing on demand (perfect pitch optional)

  • Turning a paint smudge into a story

  • Spotting smiling giraffes in abstract art

  • Nurturing wonder, confidence, and kindness in every child

About you

You’re qualified, capable, and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences and most importantly, a safe environment for every child. You’ll also have:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)

  • Current Working with Children Check & Police Check

  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification

  • Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF

  • A flexible, team-first approach

  • A demonstrated commitment to child safety, rights, and wellbeing in all aspects of practice
