Job description:

Mood & Mind Psychology is a boutique group practice in Hawthorn providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological care. We've expanded over the last six months, successfully grown our team, and we're now looking to expand further — with two part-time psychologist positions available.

We're a warm, collaborative team where ongoing learning, clinical supervision, and genuine collegial connection are valued every day. This is a place for psychologists who want autonomy without isolation — building a caseload that suits your interests, working alongside peers who care about their craft.

The opportunity Sessions are available across Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You're welcome to express interest in one, some, or all of these days — we're flexible and happy to design an arrangement that works for you.

About you

• 2+ years of experience post-registration as a psychologist

• A genuine interest in trauma and attachment-focused presentations

• Training in Schema Therapy and/or EMDR (highly regarded, though not essential)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to practice

Employment & remuneration We're looking to offer an employee arrangement, which we believe provides the best foundation for integration into our team and culture. We're also open to discussing a contractor arrangement for the right candidate. Remuneration is in line with the VHIA Psychologists Agreement — Psychologist Grade 2, with pay points dependent on experience.
