Our client is hugely successful in the Workshop Accessory space and also have a great Ecommerce site as well. They are growing Nationally and seeking an experienced Operation Manager to head the leadership team and provide support and oversee various aspects of the Operations. You will report directly to the Director.

As a hands on Operations Manager some of the key areas of responsibility are people management, health and safety, supplier relationships, after sales service, quality control and much more. The role is expansive and requires solid previous experience.

This is a team of 11 plus employees across multiple states so having managed team members remotely is also a key area of responsibility.
Having a solid back ground in Operations with in the warehousing or tools industry would be essential. Great tech skills are also required.
