Bothy Beaumaris is a local favourite Cafe where we prepare all home baked treats, use Allpress coffee and have a great selection of breakfast and lunch items. We are looking for an experienced Barista for 3 days a week and that would also cover 1 shift on the weekend. You will have experience in a 3 group machine, know how to read dockets in an efficient way as well as greeting our regulars and remembering their names and coffee preferences. You will understand the opening and requirements of the coffee area as well as how to clean and close down coffee area. This position also requires you to look 'outside' the coffee area and jump out into service and floor area to help cafe running smoothly. You will be an upbeat person who loves everything about coffee and always maintains a smile and a friendly vibe. If this sounds like you, then I'd love to meet you.
