1. Assisting the Chef in Food Preparation:

   • Chopping vegetables, cooking pasta, and making pizza dough.
   • Contributing to the development of the menu to meet current culinary trends.
   • Ensuring a customer satisfaction rate of over 90% for food quality and menu.

2. General Duties and Responsibilities:

   • Keeping food preparation areas clean.
   • Cleaning kitchen equipment and appliances.
   • Wiping down benchtops, floors, ovens, and ranges.
   • Receiving, lifting, handling, and storing food deliveries.
   • Retrieving food items as requested by chefs.
   • Assisting with food preparation.
