As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
  • Ensuring that all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
  • Monitoring and maintaining kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Proper food handling and storage practices, following health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand in a commercial kitchen setting is ideal.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions precisely.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a hygienic workplace.
