Job Description Are you an experienced Food & Hospitality professional who thrives on developing others and delivering engaging, high-quality training? We are seeking a Contract Trainer & Assessor to deliver impactful, compliant and industry-relevant training across face-to-face and virtual environments. This role offers flexibility, with remote delivery and assessment marking, plus travel to client sites for in-person sessions when required. About The Role As a Contract Trainer & Assessor, you will develop, deliver and assess nationally recognised training programs in alignment with the 2025 Standards for RTOs, ensuring quality, compliance and strong learner outcomes. You Will Deliver Through: Face-to-face trainingVirtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)Assessment of eLearning submissions Key Responsibilities Plan and prepare engaging training and assessment sessionsDeliver training aligned to approved training and assessment strategiesConduct fair, valid, current and sufficient assessmentsEvaluate training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvementParticipate in validation activities and internal/external auditsMaintain professional development and industry currencyContribute to the development and improvement of training materialsBuild and maintain strong industry and educational networks Qualifications About You You are industry-current, organised and confident delivering in both classroom and virtual settings. Qualifications Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116 or TAE40110)Relevant vocational qualifications in approved Food & Hospitality courses Experience & Capability Demonstrated experience delivering Food & Hospitality training programsStrong understanding of Trainer & Assessor obligations under the 2025 Standards for RTOsAbility to design and deliver compliant training aligned to Training Package requirementsHigh-level communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong organisational and time management capabilityProficient in Microsoft Office and database systemsExperience delivering in virtual platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams or similar) Other Requirements Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicleWillingness to travel (including overnight stays) to client sites as requiredHold active ABN and Insurances Why Join Us?
