We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at The Sugar Gum Hotel in Hillside. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.
A local landmark located in Hillside, The Sugar Gum Hotel is a favourite with the locals. The venue boasts a spacious family bistro, large kids areas to keep them entertained for hours, plus a casual area referred to as 'the social' the go-to spot for a pre-dinner cocktail or a casual catch-up with friends.

What will my duties include?
- Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
What we are looking for:
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Customer service skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
