What You'll Be Doing
Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of crew members and supervisors to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Managing daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, stock control, cash handling, and compliance
Driving sales performance and labour efficiency against set KPIs and budgets
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times
Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints with professionalism and care
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
Reporting on operational performance and identifying areas for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager role within a QSR or high-volume hospitality environment
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Sound understanding of food safety standards and compliance requirements
Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
