We’re now looking for an experienced barista to join our opening team at Bee Keen Cafe Knox. If you love crafting great coffee and enjoy the energy of a fast-paced café environment, this role is for you.

About the Role

• Craft high-quality espresso coffee with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

• Confidently pour latte art for dine-in service.

• Operate our coffee equipment safely and efficiently.

• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams during busy hours.

• Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and well-stocked.

• Assist with daily operations including opening, closing, serving, and cleaning.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Has proven barista experience in a busy café (high-volume experience needed).

• Understands coffee, customer service, and the rhythm of a busy shift.

• Is reliable, efficient, and takes pride in quality.

• Stays calm, focused, and organised in a fast-paced environment.

• Enjoys teamwork and brings positive energy every day.
