We are a Korean BBQ restaurant group with five locations across Melbourne. Our Doncaster branch is the flagship store, and for the past 10 years it has been loved by local customers for its authentic Korean food and lively dining atmosphere.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our team at the Doncaster location.

Role Responsibilities

• Vegetable preparation and basic kitchen prep

• Making Korean Fried Chicken

• Preparing sauces for main dishes

• Cooking Korean entrée (side), starter dishes

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Work Schedule

• Approximately 2–3 shifts per week

• We are looking for someone who can work consistently and stay with us long-term

• Someone who can follow kitchen manuals and procedures carefully

• A person with passion for food and a willingness to learn quickly

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and busy environment

• A positive attitude and reliability as a team member
