BOCA Gelato is the creation of Award Winning Chef Adam D'Sylva & gelato master Monika Frkovic. We are currently on the hunt for a kicthen!

 The position comes with an expectation of enthusiasm and the ability to maintain the highest quality of standards Boca is known for. 

 All Boca gelato is created and churned in store by our artisan chefs for the best quality, and customer satisfaction. 

The ROLE:

- Assist with the preparation and production of gelato, including measuring ingredients, mixing, and helping with the cooking process.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and keeping equipment in good working order.

- Support the team by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

- Help with daily opening and closing procedures of the kitchen.

- Assist with general kitchen tasks and any other duties as required by the team.

ABOUT YOU 

- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for food.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food handling role is an advantage, but not essential.

- Available 5 days a week, Production runs from 7:30am-3:30pm.
