Located just 25km west of Melbourne’s CBD within the purpose-built Sanctuary Lakes estate in Point Cook, the Club is continuing to grow and is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team while delivering exceptional service across bar, restaurant, and function operations. The successful candidate will support the management team in supervising service periods, coordinating staff, and ensuring a high standard of guest experience for members, guests, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising food and beverage service across bar, restaurant, and functions

• Leading and supporting FOH staff during service periods

• Ensuring a high standard of customer service for members and guests

• Assisting with function enquiries and event service delivery

• Maintaining presentation standards across all service areas

• Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with daily operations and team coordination

The Successful Applicant Will Have

• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

• 3+ years’ hospitality experience, with supervisory experience preferred

• Rostering experience and the ability to coordinate team schedules

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A proactive approach to service and problem solving

• Excellent presentation and confidence engaging with members and guests

• The ability to work effectively within a team environment

• A strong work ethic and passion for hospitality

• A current Victorian RSA certificate
