About the role

This full-time role is ideal for a motivated cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and kitchen hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Thai dishes according to menu and recipes

• Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen organisation

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations

• Monitor stock rotation, storage, and minimise food wastage

• Work effectively within a team during busy service periods

Skills and experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant cooking experience

• Experience in Thai cuisine is highly regarded

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends
