We’re looking for a strong Barista / Café Manager to join Denmark Hill Kafe.

This role suits someone who enjoys running the café as a whole, not just standing behind the machine.

Coffee volume: approx 3–4kg per day

(quality focused, not rush-hour chaos)

What the role involves:

• Making consistent, high-quality coffee

• Opening the café & early starts

• Managing daily operations

• Supporting kitchen & front of house when needed

• Stock control, prep & cleaning

• Leading staff on shift and setting standards

• Taking ownership of the venue when required

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is an all-rounder, not just a barista

• Is reliable, organised, and hands-on

• Has leadership or senior café experience

• Can multitask and keep the café running smoothly

• Takes pride in cleanliness, prep, and customer service
