We’re Hiring! Kitchen Hand /Café All Rounder for Busy Café | Location: Cranbourne West | Job Type: Casual

About Us: We are a fast-paced, customer-focused cafe known for our exceptional coffee and high-quality meals. We’re currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Café All Rounder / Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• A Café all-rounder, with a passion for great customer service.

• Experience in fast food and sandwich artistry (minimum 2 years).

• Experience in the use of POS, EFTPOS and cash handling.

• A friendly, approachable team player who loves making customers smile.

• Reliability and efficiency—you're the person who keeps everything running smoothly!

• Experience in operating coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders. Barista experience will be an advantage.

• Assist the back of house with food preparation

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Support with stock rotation and storage

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to work flexible hours, from 5am-2.30pm Monday to Friday.

• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.

• You must have the right to live and work in Australia and live within a 30min drive of Cranbourne West, 3977.
