Location 57 station street, Malvern 3144, 

Looking for somone passionate and skilled chef looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Malvern.

 

Shop open 5:00pm- till late ( Wednesdays-Saturdays ) 

Prep Shift ( Average ): 2:00pm - 4:30pm

Service shift ( Average ) : 5:00pm - 9:30pm 

Reasponsibilities & roles 

Food Preparation:Execute food preparation and cooking tasks according to established recipes and quality standards. 

Ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.Kitchen Management:Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.

Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to meet demand.Quality Control:Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all dishes meet the restaurants standards.Address any issues promptly and implement corrective measures.Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene practices.

Regularly conduct safety inspections and take corrective actions as needed.

Job Type: Casual

The compensation will be determined in accordance with fair work principles.
