Are you a passionate coffee enthusiast with a knack for crafting the perfect brew? Join our team at Tru Coffee in Balwyn as a part-time Barista! You'll be the face of our café, responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and creating a positive experience for every customer.

Your daily tasks will involve expertly preparing a wide range of espresso-based beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites), mastering different brewing methods (pour-over, filter), and ensuring consistent quality and presentation. You’ll also take customer orders with a smile, offer recommendations, handle payments accurately using our booking system, and maintain a clean and inviting café environment, including equipment upkeep.

This role requires prior experience as a barista, strong knowledge of coffee beans and brewing techniques, excellent latte art skills (preferred), and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
