Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across the hotel.
• Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff including rostering, training, performance management, and recruitment support.
• Conduct regular room and public area inspections and coordinate deep cleaning and maintenance reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels, linen supplies, and stock control including regular stock takes.
• Manage guest feedback across multiple platforms including online reviews, email, and webchat, ensuring timely responses and service recovery.
• Identify trends in guest feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strong customer service standards and support a positive guest experience across all departments.
• Assist with operational oversight during busy periods to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or guest servicesleadership.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety requirements, andhotel operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team.
