BOWLTIFUL is an established and fast-growing hospitality brand known for our signature hand-pulled Lanzhou beef noodles. With a strong focus on quality, cultural authenticity, and exceptional customer service, we strive to deliver a memorable dining experience to every guest. As we continue to expand, we are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Floor Staff to join our team.

As Floor Staff, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience from arrival to departure. You will play an essential role in upholding our service standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth daily operations. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong time management, professional presentation, and the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a warm, professional manner

• Take orders and manage payments via POS and QR ordering systems

• Serve dine-in and takeaway meals accurately and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area

• Assist with side dish preparation

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during peak periods.

About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Well-presented, punctual, and professional

• Committed to teamwork and open communication

• Available most days of the week.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (on your feet, lifting items, etc.)

• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures exactly.

• Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential if the right attitude is shown.
