The San Telmo Group began in 2011 with the opening of San Telmo and has since grown into a group of five venues across Melbourne: San Telmo, Palermo, Asado, Pastuso and Robata. Each restaurant has its own identity, but all are united by a passion for great hospitality, quality produce and cooking over fire.

Pastuso is looking for experienced Section Waiters who love hospo and are keen to be part of one of Melbourne's most iconic restaurant Groups! 

What you'll do

● Lead your section during service and support the team during busy shifts
● Confidently sell food and beverage, sharing product knowledge and guiding guests through the menu
● Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback professionally
● Maintain high service standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment


What you’ll bring

● Valid Australian working rights
● A genuine passion for food and beverage
● Proven ability to confidently service busy sections
● Availability to work 15–30 hours per week across 2–4 shifts, with Friday and Saturday night availability required. Increased availability to up to 38 hours per week during November, December and January.
