$30 p/h plus super

  • Based in Melbourne CBD
  • Monday - Friday 25 hours p/w
  • Corporate Site - Corporate Hours 

Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.

THE POSITION

  • Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce
  • Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
  • Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
  • Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control
  • Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided

THE PERSON

  • An accomplished leader with a stellar culinary track record 
  • Experience in functions and events, in house catering - high end casual dining 
  • A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
  • Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control 
  • Availability Monday to Friday
