About the Role

As a Waitstaff member, you’ll be the face of Mukka—providing attentive, welcoming service and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks efficiently

• Provide menu knowledge and recommendations

• Clear and reset tables promptly

• Process payments and handle POS systems

• Work closely with kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service

• Follow hygiene, safety, and RSA requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality experience preferred (not essential)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team-focused and reliable

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

• RSA preferred or willingness to obtain
