Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and execute a diverse menu that aligns with Cafe Kelsos' commitment to quality and freshness.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety in the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to menu development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (at least 3-4 years)as a Chef in a similar setting.
• A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Creativity and a passion for experimenting with flavours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000 – $80,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
