About the Role
Reporting to the Food & Beverage leadership team, this role is responsible for providing administrative support across our Food & Beverage venues, including Archie’s Farm Restaurant & Bar and Le Petit Chef.
The position offers approximately 25 hours per week, working either:
Monday to Thursday, or
Monday to Friday
Typical working hours will be approximately:
9:00am – 3:00pm, or
10:00am – 4:00pm
Flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Archie’s Farm Restaurant & Bar reservations and enquiries
Coordinate group bookings and website bookings
Manage Le Petit Chef bookings and process payments
Respond to guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier communications
Maintain departmental records, reports, and filing systems
Prepare menus, promotional materials, and internal communications
Coordinate meetings and assist with event administration
Ensure compliance documentation is maintained and up to date
Provide general administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team
About You
The successful candidate will:
Have solid administration experience, ideally within hospitality or hotels
Possess exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Be confident managing bookings, guest enquiries, and payments
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
Be proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Have a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Experience with hotel booking systems or hospitality platforms will be highly regarded
