About the Role

Reporting to the Food & Beverage leadership team, this role is responsible for providing administrative support across our Food & Beverage venues, including Archie’s Farm Restaurant & Bar and Le Petit Chef.

The position offers approximately 25 hours per week, working either:

  • Monday to Thursday, or

  • Monday to Friday

Typical working hours will be approximately:

  • 9:00am – 3:00pm, or

  • 10:00am – 4:00pm

Flexibility may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Archie’s Farm Restaurant & Bar reservations and enquiries

  • Coordinate group bookings and website bookings

  • Manage Le Petit Chef bookings and process payments

  • Respond to guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier communications

  • Maintain departmental records, reports, and filing systems

  • Prepare menus, promotional materials, and internal communications

  • Coordinate meetings and assist with event administration

  • Ensure compliance documentation is maintained and up to date

  • Provide general administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Have solid administration experience, ideally within hospitality or hotels

  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Be confident managing bookings, guest enquiries, and payments

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel

  • Be proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Have a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude

  • Experience with hotel booking systems or hospitality platforms will be highly regarded
