We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive Sous Chef to join the team at Osteria Delmonte & Garfield Pizzeria, one of Carlton’s most prestigious restaurants located on Lygon Street.
This position requires a dedicated and service-oriented professional who can lead the kitchen with harmony and efficiency while consistently presenting food of the highest quality. You will work alongside a talented, driven, and skilled culinary team, preparing seasonal dishes to an exceptional standard.

You must hold AQF Diploma of Hospitality, AQF Certificate IV and AQF Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and he/she should have at least 1 years’ relevant work experience as a Chef in reputed restaurants/cafes in Australia.
