• Ability to work across a breakfast, lunch, dinner and tapas menu

• Ability to prep and forward think in a commercial space.

• Ability to do stocktake.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Flexible and available to work a 7 day per week rotating roster - must be available days, nights and weekends with alternate days off to provide steady work life balance
