About the role This is a part time position in a very busy South American restaurant. Our fully licensed restaurant specializes in South American cuisine. Our menu showcases the freshest ingredients and your experience and ideas will bring this to life with innovative dishes that change seasonally. The position is full-time, consisting of 38 hrs per week.

Your Role The main duties include:

Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation

Menu development and costing

Replenishing stock and stock control

Cleaning work area and other kitchen cleaning duties as the role requires

Training of kitchen support staff as required

Management of kitchen support staff as required

Minimum Two years experience in a similar role.

Undertake the training of staff as required.
