  • Confidently pour latte art for dine-in service

  • Operate coffee equipment safely, efficiently and with care

  • Assist with opening, closing and general daily operations

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has proven barista experience in a busy, high-volume café

  • Is confident working independently and managing the coffee section

  • Understands coffee, customer service and the rhythm of a fast-paced shift

  • Is reliable, efficient and takes real pride in quality

  • Stays calm, focused and organised under pressure

  • Works well in a team and brings positive energy every day

Why join Bee Keen Café?

  • Be part of a growing Australian café brand
