HEAD CHEF WANTED – ROCKSALT BRIGHTON

Rocksalt Brighton is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help drive the next chapter of our busy and well-established venue.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Head Chef with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys creativity, team development, and maintaining exceptional standards.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in a fast-paced café and restaurant environment.

Previous experience in a senior chef or Head Chef role Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with menu development, food costing, ordering and stock control Excellent understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance

Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality

Highly Regarded

Experience working in an Italian restaurant or strong knowledge of Italian cuisine
