Scattered throughout the CBD over three locations, Upstanding Citizens is an oasis and an escape for people who are serious about outstanding coffee. Focused on delivering specialty coffee with the highest standard of service, we are the first stop and the main highlight of our customer’s morning ritual.

 

We are looking for a vibrant, energetic, and friendly Barista who is not only passionate about delivering outstanding coffee, but also loves engaging with people and is keen to join our strong team in our beautiful Collins Square espresso bar.

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate:

×         Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a full-time Barista

×         Be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of coffee making techniques, including dial in

×         Be confident and have solid experience in high volume (but also high standards) coffee

×         Able to maintain extremely high standards under pressure

×         Be well presented and friendly

×         Be able to work well in a team and communicate politely and effectively

×         Be able to speak English confidently and fluently
