A new Malaysian dining destination is coming to Prahran, and we're looking for passionate Front of House team members to join our opening team ahead of our launch in late July.

Created by the team behind Roti Bar, one of Melbourne's well-loved Malaysian restaurants, our new venue will bring authentic flavours, warm hospitality, and a vibrant dining experience to the Prahran community.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new restaurant from day one and help shape the guest experience as we open our doors.

Positions Available

• Section Waitstaff

• Food Runners / Expeditors

• Front of House All-Rounders

• Senior Front of House (for experienced candidates)

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering friendly and attentive customer service

• Managing guest sections during service

• Running food and beverages efficiently

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the venue

• Assisting with opening and closing duties

• Working closely with the kitchen and management team

• Creating memorable dining experiences for every guest

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services

• Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation

• Team player with a willingness to learn

• Availability for evenings and weekends

• Must be available to work both weekend and evening shifts on a regular basis

• Valid Victorian RSA (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
