The Role
We are currently looking for a customer-focused and passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team on a Part Time basis with the flexibility to work a mix of mornings and/or evenings, ranging from 4-5 shifts per week. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, your key roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
Ability to provide our guests with high quality and personalized service throughout their dining and bar experience
Operational duties, including cleaning and polishing, setting up and packing down, taking orders and cash handling
Have sound knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision from time to time
Be able to work across different outlets and shifts, including bar, restaurant, In-Room dining and events operations

About You
To excel in the role, you should have;
A passion for the hospitality industry and food and beverage service
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role
Breakfast Buffet and/or Bar experience preferable
Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts
Excellent verbal communication skills and a team player
