The Role

We are currently looking for a customer-focused and passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team on a Part Time basis with the flexibility to work a mix of mornings and/or evenings, ranging from 4-5 shifts per week. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, your key roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;

  • Ability to provide our guests with high quality and personalized service throughout their dining and bar experience

  • Operational duties, including cleaning and polishing, setting up and packing down, taking orders and cash handling 

  • Have sound knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and spirits 

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision from time to time 

  • Be able to work across different outlets and shifts, including bar, restaurant, In-Room dining and events operations

About You

To excel in the role, you should have; 

  • A passion for the hospitality industry and food and beverage service

  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role

  • Breakfast Buffet and/or Bar experience preferable

  • Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a team player
