About the Role;JNW INTERNATIONAL GROUP PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook/Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and maintaining food preparation standards in a busy kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Ensure food safety and hygiene requirements are met
- Supervise kitchen operations where required
- Manage stock and assist with ordering ingredients
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
